Mel and I went to Yardley last night. We spent four long hours wandering around; there is nothing in Yardley!!!!! We did about 15 laps up and down the main street of Yardley, got some coffee (duh), listened to some local bands at the community center (what we kind of came for), and drank a total of five Red Bulls between us. Red Bull is uberdelicious. But it was weird; there were a ton of people there; it was like the entire local high school scene was dropped in the middle of smalltown America; Yardley was echoing with teenybopper chatter and laughter, and the streets looked like some kind of military invasion had taken place. Even the fuzz showed up to maintain the order, oh what a joy. There was nothing to do though, so it was basically 300 kids in front of the post office o_O.

But Mel and I found fun...laundromats, diners, and all those nice random old people! We were amazed how slowly time was passing, but we didn't really care; being stranded on the moon would be tolerable if we were together =)
