Just got home from work, jamming to Ben Lee, drinking a soy latte from Starbucks...yes, I am a traitor! Every break I get at work, I go and spend my tip money on Starbucks >:) So traitorous, my coworkers think I am a demi-demon for it. But they're wrong! I'm all demon!
Anyway....I'M GOING TO SEE RUFUS WAINWRIGHT...AGAIN! :D He is playing in NYC at the Beacon Theatre on November 1st. The show starts at 8 PM. My parents are, and this is rare, infinitely cool!!!!!First, they're letting me go all the way to NYC to see a concert. Second, they're letting me do it on a school night--I'll be out until at least 1 am, and they understand that I will be able to function the next day, and that this means a lot to me, so they OKed it. MOM AND DAD, YOU ARE COOL PARENTS. YOU'RE SO WITH IT, WHATEVER THAT MEANS. The show, I think, is not general admission, which is sad because tix already went on sale, so I won't be front row(s) :( :( :( But, I get to see Rufus without annoying Ben Folds fans, and Ok Go is opening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok Go and Rufus Wainwright in NYC on a school night. Is there anything cooler?
