Anywho, I just got through eating chocolate and other things while watching some reruns of Project Runway. It was pretty fun. Also, I calculated my caloric intake and such, because I was a little worried about my diet. Now I have no fears: just in breakfast and lunch, I've had 1295 calories, 40 grams of fat, 169 carbs, and 45 grams of protein...whoever said a vegan diet was unhealthy should probably be bitchslapped right about now =D
ooh! ooh! A miracle occured last night. I'm not kidding! Sara, the self-professed, unabashed anti-socialite who especially hates doing things on Fridays called me last night for the first time ever. I didn't call her, she called me! And she wanted to hang out! On a Friday! ::GASP:: We wanted to see a movie, but the only good one playing was Konstantine and her mom couldn't go with us tonight (she had to go to California tomorrow), so we just hung out together at the mall. We went shopping at Border's Bookstore first, browsing manga, Queer Eye, and the Bunny Suicides. We got some Japanese cuisine at the food court too; I had fried tofu and these crispy cabbage-filled vegetable thingies. I'm 99% sure my food was not vegan, but I ate it anyway =) And went back for seconds...haha. We proceeded to go clothes shopping at Hot Topic and Banana Republic, two of my favourite stores. The we bought chocolate. Yum. We both thought that the night went by really fast, but it was really fun. Ooh, and while she was in D.C., Sara got me a little botthe of Lush Veganese Conditioner. It's really good stuff!
Oh, here's a picture of me with my new haircut, as promised. It looked better last night with Sara, though; it was all detailed and textured and awesome.

Hmm...I have a mother-son dance tonight, it should be fun. Lots of people are supposed to be going and such. Every time I go out though, I get really angry about my "genetic condition," ie the acne I had last year that scarred my face; I had some moderate acne about 12 months ago, and I am acne-free on my face now, but it looks like I have bad acne on my forehead, even though my forehead is entirely clear! :(
It's supposed to dissipate eventually.....whatever. I'll try not to worry too much about it.
