I went to the salon today. My hair smells really really really good. I got it cut shorter and demanded texture be cut in, and texture was cut in for once. I'd post a picture, but the product is wearing out and it doesn't look its best. I'll post a pic tomorrow. Yum...this hair product really does smell amazing...it's Redken Rough Paste, and it is divine! Unfortunately, it costs between $15-$17 for one tube, which is tiny and lasts only two weeks or so. Fortunately, I bought two bottles...tee-hee.
It was probably better when I only had one bottle and saved it for when I really wanted it, like if I went into the city or to a special event and whatnot. Now that I'll be using it daily, the mental value of it has declined. I probably won't be using it everyday though. I dunno. Whatever.
So I had another snow day today. It was so boring! Aaaaaaah! I watched television and ate all day, which is normally fun, but it wasn't today for some reason. I was dismissed early of Thursday, had a 2-hour delay Friday, was off for the weekend, then was off Monday and today...do you think maybe it's time to go back? I do. Unfortunately, I have a Bio and a French test waiting for me. Bah.
w00000000t! It's March 1st! March is Irish/Celtic Celebration month for me!!!!!
I really love being Irish. I just love it. This month, don't be surprised if you see me wearing more green than usual, speaking with an accent, uttering Gaelic phrases, wearing more knotwork jewelry than is the norm for me, and so on. I really connect with Celtic culture; I really am proud to be from the Emerald Isle. Their music, their pre-Christian religion, their social structure, the landscape, the lifestyle, the festivals, it's all so beautiful. This March is going to be a lot of fun.
