I am eating some chopped-up organic granny smith apple with a little cinnamon and a tall glass of cold water. This is fantastic. Now, this is going to sound weird, but when you eat dinner, lunch, or whatever, focus on the food. Taste each bite. Usually, people eat absentmindedly or in a hurry and they don't concentrate on what they are eating. If you take it one bite at a time, chew slowly, and taste each bite as much as the first one, you'll get alot more out of your food. Really. Try it. It's really sensational =)
I was thinking about this tonight: we always say that someone "has it worse than us." Well, theoretically, someone has to have it the worst, out of all humanity. Of course, this is subjective, but still my point remains. That must really suck for that one person, and I am authentically distraught by that and am sympathetic. Ah, this has depressed me. It's a fine line between content relaxation and depression, at least for me.
