We had live music today. Roselind performed for us. (www.roselind.com) They were really good (they passed out their CD but ran out before I got one--luckily I found a copy of one just a bit scratched up on the floor); it was my first time seeing a live band, and it was quite fun. And if it was that great in my school's gym, then real concerts must be fantastic!
Speaking of famous people, guess what came to my neighborhood? Trading Spaces! My neighbors applied to have their families appear on the show, and they were accepted! Something exciting is finally happening in Pennsylvania; all this time I thought it had some sort of dullness-bubble around it :-P. And the house being done are situated around a four way intersection, so you can imagine the utter chaos that resulted; people craning their necks out of their cars to get a peek, and hoardes of people everywhere, hoping to get a glimpse of Paige Davis or some other figurehead for the show. I got some photos and autographs, but I wasn't really that excited. I'd have been much more enthusiastic if While You Were Out came. Or Queer Eye For The Straight Guy. (I'd probably pass out if that happened =D)
